Personal Interests:

Beyond real estate, Adriana and Dave share a wide range of interests that reflect their creativity, curiosity, and global perspective. They enjoy photography and filmmaking and are both certified drone pilots. Prior to real estate, they spent many years working in the airline industry and in computer systems, experience that continues to influence their analytical, detail-oriented approach.

Adriana’s interests and background include a Bachelor of Science in Cybernetic Engineering and Computer Sciences, along with a Project Management certification. She is passionate about travel, painting, aeronautics and space exploration, cooking, chocolate making, aeroponics, reading, music, movies, and home interior design. Adriana is a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and a former member of the Mexican Olympic Team. She speaks multiple languages and is actively involved in real estate leadership, serving as President of NAHREP Twin Cities, Chair of the SPAAR DEI Committee, Vice President of the Women’s Council of Realtors, and Director at SPAAR.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and brings extensive experience as a software engineer in the airline industry. His interests include travel, golf, cycling, music, movies, motor racing, cars, and motorcycles.
